pipelines and APIsDefine quality processes for AI/ML outputs (eval datasets, accuracythresholds, regression checks)Own release readiness, bug triage, and quality metricsHire and grow the QA team over timeMust-have5+ years in QA, including hands-on test automation and at least somelead/management experienceStrong with modern test frameworks for web (e.G., Playwright/Cypress) andmobileExperience defining QA processes in a fast-moving startup environmentComfort working alongside ML/AI teams on non-deterministic systemsNice-to-haveExperience in safety-critical, regulated, or enterprise B2B products.Growth that MattersWe hire exceptional people and give them space to lead.
