Vita Health is seeking a Sales Team Lead in Italy to drive a self-sourced, end-to-end sales process and coach a small team of 2–5 full-cycle sellers.
You will own a personal quota and lead a cross-functional effort with Marketing to optimize pipeline and forecasting.
You bring 5+ years in B2B sales with a carried quota, 1–2 years of team leadership, and fluency in Italian with business English.
Milan-based or willing to be there regularly, with flexible work options.
