This position serves as a strategic partner with the CEO in managing priorities, communication, and execution across the company. This role is critical in supporting the CEO to ensure that his time, focus, and energy are directed toward the highest impact initiatives. This position is responsible for scheduling, communication, and follow-through, bringing structure to a fast‑paced, global environment. From managing complex calendars and stakeholder interactions to supporting key initiatives and handling confidential matters, the holder of this position ensures that nothing falls through the cracks and that promises are accomplished with integrity. /p h3Duties / Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the CEO’s calendar with precision, prioritizing high‑impact engagements while protecting focus time. /li liPrepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups to ensure meetings are purposeful and outcome-driven. /li liCoordinate seamlessly across multiple time zones, stakeholders, and parallel workstreams. /li liPlan and manage personal travel logistics. /li liHandle confidential personal and professional matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.



/li liRepresent the CEO in meetings when required, capturing key insights, contributing where appropriate, and ensuring clear follow-through and alignment. /li liEngage confidently with service providers, consultants, partners, and internal teams, acting as a credible extension of the CEO’s office. /li liOwn task tracking and prioritization across multiple initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and high‑impact priorities remain on track. /li liMaintain clear, timely, and professional communication with senior leadership and team members across the organization. /li liUnderstand the culture of the organization and be a proponent of it in a high‑visibility role. /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant Chief of Staff, or in a similar high‑trust support role /li liMust be Native or Fluent in Italian /li liProven experience supporting senior executives or founders in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, or global environment /li liExceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details /li liAbility to balance both professional and personal support responsibilities with clear boundaries /li liMust be able to manage various projects at the same time and pivot as needed /li liMust be agile, creative, and committed to accomplishment /li liMust have grit and resourcefulness /li liMust be committed to completing promises on time,
