Stryker seeks a field-based technical service representative in Milan to provide on-site support for MAKO robotic surgical systems. The role involves installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting for hospital and clinical customers across Italy.
Responsibilities
Deliver, install, repair, maintain, and test MAKO robotic devices at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve operational and technical issues through systematic troubleshooting
Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions and services
Document work progress and complete detailed service reports for all activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education and professional experience
Strong technical proficiency and analytical problem-solving capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer-facing experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time for field service calls
Compensation:
€39,300 - €65,500 EUR annual
