/p pEMBELIA is looking for a drivenb Sales Manager /b bItaly /b to accelerate our growth across the country (bbased in Parma /b | Frequent travel (50%+)).
/p pReporting directly to the Embelia Sales Director, you will play a key role in bexpanding our footprint, boosting revenue, and building strong client partnerships /b across multiple industries (perfumery, cosmetics, beauty, nutraceuticals, and more).
/p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liDrive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and actively prospecting high-potential clients /li liOwn and develop your client portfolio, ensuring long-term relationships and customer loyalty /li liUnderstand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions /li liNegotiate and manage contracts,
ensuring compliance and client satisfaction /li liStay ahead of the market by tracking trends, products, and competitors /li liAnalyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results /li liRepresent EMBELIA at trade shows, events, and key industry meetings /li liEnhance brand visibility and contribute to the company's growth and reputation /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul lib8+ years of experience in B2B sales /b, bin product-based /b environments /li liProven track record in bbusiness development and key account management /b /li libItalian and English languages are mandatory /b, French is a plus /li liStrong relationship-building skills, excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach /li liAbility to analyse markets and define winning sales strategies /li liHighly autonomous, proactive, and results-driven mindset /li liValid driving license /li /ul pAbove all, you're someone who enjoys challenges, takes ownership, and is eager to grow with the company over the long term /p pWe are strongly committed to promoting bEquality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) /b at SGD Pharma.
