ph3About the Company /h3 pYour Mission Drive LONGi Europe CI energy storage business by developing customers and channel partners, managing sales opportunities, and closing BESS CI projects.
This role requires both strong sales capability and solid technical understanding of energy storage systems.
/p h3About the Role /h3 pThis role involves developing BESS CI sales opportunities and achieving regional sales targets.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop BESS CI sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
/li liBuild and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and CI customers.
/li liDevelop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in and sell-out activities.
/li liIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.
/li liDiscuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, system sizing and application scenarios.
/li liManage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing.
/li liCoordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
/li liProvide market,
customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy.
/li liMaintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.
/li liMinimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development experience in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
/li liExperience in CI BESS sales is strongly preferred.
/li liProven experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
/li liTrack record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.
/li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liGood technical understanding of BESS, including battery, PCS, BMS and EMS.
/li liStrong sales and commercial negotiation skills.
/li liGood understanding of distribution and channel sales.
/li liStrong communication and customer relationship skills.
/li liFluent in English and local language.
/li liWilling to travel within the region.
