Rotork is seeking an Order Management & Contracts Lead for a 9-month contract based at our Porcari, Lucca site.
You will manage intricate orders from start to delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met.
Reporting to Inside Sales and Contracts Manager, you will lead a team of Inside Sales and Contract Engineers, delegating tasks, handling escalations, and ensuring timely forecasted delivery dates while coordinating with customers and internal teams.
