and implement landscape projects that enhance the resort's natural environment and guest experienceMonitor plant health, diagnose and treat diseases, pests, and nutritional deficiencies using both conventional and organic methodsManage irrigation systems and water conservation practices to ensure optimal plant growth whilst maintaining environmental responsibilityConduct soil analysis and implement appropriate soil amendments and fertilisation programmesOversee the maintenance of garden beds, pathways, water features, and landscaped areas to the highest standardsSupervise and train horticultural staff, ensuring adherence xysqume to best practices and health and safety protocolsMaintain detailed records of plant inventory, maintenance schedules, and horticultural activitiesCollaborate with resort management and other departments to align horticultural projects with organisational objectivesImplement sustainable and organic gardening practices to minimise environmental impactManage horticultural budgets and procurement of plants, materials, and equipmentEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations vetrinabakeca
