The Solution Engineer supports the design, presentation, and implementation of Endian solutions for customers and partners. The role collaborates with Sales, Support, and internal technical teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions, contributing to both pre-sales activities and solution deployment.Le seguenti informazioni forniscono una panoramica delle competenze, delle qualità e delle qualifiche necessarie per questo ruolo.The role focuses on supporting customers and partners operating in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), requiring the ability to work in German as well as English and Italian within the internal organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign of technical solutions aligned with customer and partner requirementsTechnical contribution to the pre-sales process through analysis of customer needs and definition of appropriate solutionsTechnical positioning and presentation of solutions to customers and partnersTechnical guidance for customers and partners during solution deployment, configuration, and initial setupValidation of technical solutions through proof-of-concept (PoC) activities and evaluationsTechnical point of contact for German-speaking customers and partnersCollaboration with internal technical teams for the analysis and escalation of complex technical issuesContribution to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and deployment guidelinesCollection and communication of field feedback to product management and internal teamsContribution to partner enablement and technical training activities in the DACH regionSolid knowledge of IP networking (addressing, routing, firewalling,
