Johnson & Johnson seeks an intern for a six-month operations role at its Latina plant in Italy, supporting production efficiency monitoring, key performance indicators, and shopfloor improvement initiatives across manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
Support Overall Equipment Effectiveness measurement and production efficiency tracking
Monitor and manage production key performance indicators
Assist with production rhythm and production plan progress monitoring
Facilitate daily coordination meetings with maintenance, planning, production, and quality teams
Support implementation of shopfloor improvement initiatives and safety communications
Requirements
Master's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, CTF, Chemistry, or Biotechnology
Strong ownership and accountability skills
Proficient in Italian language
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel proficiency preferred
Compensation:
€950 monthly, 6-month contract
