ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Clinical Research Associate II in Milan to support sponsor-dedicated clinical trial operations. The role involves monitoring activities, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining data integrity across trial sites while collaborating with investigators and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trials
Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate study conduct
Review data and resolve queries to maintain high-quality clinical data
Prepare and review study documentation including protocols and clinical study reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research Associate experience
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
Legal right to work in Italy
