GE HealthCare seeks a clinical education specialist to deliver technical and clinical training on CT imaging systems to customers. The role includes product demonstrations, on-site education sessions, trade show support, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer satisfaction and equipment performance.
Responsibilities
Deliver technical and clinical training on CT scanner features, software applications, and post-processing workstations to customers
Conduct on-site clinical education visits and product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and professional conferences
Monitor customer satisfaction through continuing education and optimization of equipment performance
Support trade shows by demonstrating products, promoting workstations, and training attendees




Provide post-training reports and feedback on customer needs to internal sales and service teams
Requirements
TSRM or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
Clinical scanning skills and experience with CT imaging modality
Fluent in English and Italian with strong local language communication ability
Proven ability to establish relationships and work flexibly outside office environment
Solid problem-solving skills and business acumen in customer-facing situations
Strong presentation and public speaking experience
Willingness to travel extensively across specified region and nationally
Compensation:
€38,800–€53,350 annual salary
