h3Job purpose /h3 pMetaSensing is seeking a Product Assurance (PA) engineer to support the development, production and deployment of high-tech radar systems for airborne and space applications.
The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements, playing a key role in ensuring product reliability and safety.

/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pThe activities will include: /p ul liManage product assurance requirements for assigned projects and programs.
/li liDevelop and maintain PA Plans.
/li liEnsure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements /li liVerify the implementation of quality requirements throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
/li liPrepare and implement the quality assurance policies and procedures according to ISO****, EN**** and ECSS standards.
/li liManage Non-conformances with Customer and Suppliers, including root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
/li liManage Deviations and Waivers.
/li liSupport during audits (internal and suppliers).
/li liCleanliness and contamination control.
/li liSupport reliability, maintainability, and product safety activities.
/li liSupport Configuration Management activities.
/li liVerify traceability of materials, parts, assemblies, and processes.
/li liParticipate in functional, environmental, qualification, and acceptance testing of SAR radar systems.
/li /ul h3Skills / Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: University Degree in Engineering (Space, Aerospace, Eletronic, Mechanical or related disciplines).
/li liMid-level: 3-5 years of experience in Product Assurance/Quality Assurance within the aerospace industry or other highly regulated environments (e.g. medical devices, pharmaceutical).
/li /ul h3Technical knowledge /h3 ul liExpertise in electronic assembly and testing, quality process (NCR, deviation and waiver management) and configuration management control.
/li liFamiliarity with mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
/li liKnowledge of QA techniques (8D, fishbone diagram, ...) /li liExperience in managing NCRs and participating in NRBs.
/li liKnowledge of applicable standards: ECSS, MIL-STD, EN****, ISO **** /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment.
/li liSelf-motivated professional with strong attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
/li liLanguages: Proficient in written and spoken technical English (minimum B2 level).
