/ppThe successful candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, supply chain efficiency, productivity, service levels, inventory performance, and cost competitiveness.
/ppActing as a key change agent, the role will lead operational excellence, network optimization, digital transformation, productivity improvement, and post-acquisition integration projects, ensuring sustainable business value creation through effective stakeholder engagement and execution.
/ppThe appointed Project Leader will collaborate closely with manufacturing sites, procurement, engineering, logistics, planning, commercial teams, finance, IT, and executive leadership to ensure successful project execution and sustainable business value creation.
