About The RoleWe are hiring anItalian-speaking Customer Support Representativeto join an international customer service project based inGreece.
In this role, you will support Italian-speaking customers throughphone and digital channels, assist with general inquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and provide a professional and positive customer experience.
This is aremote position within Greece.
Candidates may already be based in Greece or be open to relocating, with relocation support available
ResponsibilitiesAssist customers through phone and digital support channels
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information




Resolve customer issues with empathy and a customer-focused approach
Escalate complex cases when necessary
Follow established procedures and quality guidelines
Maintain a high standard of customer experience
These responsibilities generalize the project's actual phone/digital support, issue resolution, escalation, and quality-process duties without tying the post to the specific end client.
Requirements xysqumeNative-level orC1 Italian
B2 Englishor higher
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers and digital applications
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work remotely from Greece
The source specifically requires Italian at native/C1 level and English B2.
