h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from the role of bEngineering Manager /b /p pThe position covers all the aspects related to Engineering, sustainability and Capex implementation. Specific focus is on Capex planning, execution with an Early management approach oriented to vertical start up. The position is accountable to the competency's growth and alignment inside the engineering community of The Emeal cluster. He/she is responsible for the application of existing group standard and of capex execution according to state of art. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure full application of AEI standards and define missing ones where required. /li liBuild, certify, and leverage technical competencies, promoting internal expertise through Community of Practices. /li liGovern major projects above an agreed threshold, applying vertical start ‑ up and early management. /li liDefine and manage KPIs for Capex execution and engineering performance. /li liDrive digital initiatives (e.g. SAP MII, S/4HANA, E ‑ Sim) and coordinate asset replacement programs. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liYou hold a University Degree in Engineering (Chemical, mechanical or electrotechnical) /li liYou have at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing roles in multinational company and consulting (FB, FMCG and/or pharma industries preferred) /li liYou have proven experience in manufacturing project management /li liYou have a good Knowledge on Sustainable development /li liYou have the ability to read processes end-to-end and transform them from reactive to structured and proactive.
