We're working exclusively witha leading pan-European digital infrastructure platformwho are building out an Investment team and are looking to hire anAssociateto join their growing platform.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly strategic role working across cross-border investments, acquisitions, and development initiatives.
About the Role:
Sitting within the Investment team and reporting directly to theChief Investment Officer, the role is at the heart of the business — supporting investment decisions, expansion strategy, and corporate development initiatives.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain complexfinancial modelsfor acquisitions and follow-on investments
Leadunderwritingand returns analysis across data centre campuses
Assist with M&A;, strategic forecasting, and business planning
Prepare materials forinternal and external stakeholders, including the board
Support corporate development and financing transactions as required
Qualifications:
2–4 years' experience inM&A;, or Private Equity.
xysqumePrior exposure to Digital Infrastructure/Data Centres is highly desirable.
Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
Background indata centres, real estate, or private equitypreferred
Conversational Italianis essential; additional European languages a plus
Bachelor's degree inFinance, Engineering, Management, or related fields
High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills
Eligibility to Work in the EU.
