We are looking for a Financial Controller for our FB outlets (restaurants) across two hospitality destinations in Milan: Palazzo Cordusio and Torre Velasca .
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations across multiple locations.
This role provides hands-on operational support with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
/ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliSupports all financial and operational accounting activities, including monthly closing, balance sheet preparation, cash flow statements, flash reporting, cash management, costing, and budgeting /liliLeads the monthly accounting close process for multiple entities /liliDrives the digitalization of accounting processes /liliAssists in forecasting and budgeting, including variance análisis /liliProvides financial evaluation and business case support for new openings /liliPrepares financial reports, KPIs,



and dashboards for internal stakeholders /liliCollaborates directly with Operations Managers to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insights /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum of 5 years' experience in a multi-site FB, hospitality, or retail environment /liliStrong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level English /liliSolid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related tools /liliKnowledge of local accounting principles and IFRS /liliProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skills /liliPrevious experience in team management /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to evaluate alternatives and provide clear business recommendations /liliExtensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliSalary Range: ******€ to ******€ gross per year /liliDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.
