/ppWe are looking for a dynamic and innovative bICT Engineer M365 – Endpoint Apps /b to join our global Digital Workplace Services team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of bend user computing technologies /b, working with both bon-premises /b andb cloud /bsolutions.
You will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, customizing, optimizing, maintaining, and operating our Unified Endpoint Management platform based on the M365 foundation.
/ppThis position is based in Italy, in Brugherio (MB).
/ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliYou are responsible for implementing, configuring and managing bMicrosoft Intune /bto ensure seamless device management and security.
/liliYou will develop and implement strategies for bUnified Endpoint Management /b, including software distribution, patch management and endpoint security to manage and secure all endpoints (Windows PCs, macOS, mobile devices, virtual clients).
/liliYou will manage, maintain and support End User Computing bcloud services /b to support business objectives and enhance IT infrastructure.
/liliYou will implement bSecurity Policies /b and procedures to ensure compliance and protect company data.
/liliYou will provide btechnical support and perform troubleshooting /b for end-users and other IT teams.
Liaising with the 1st level as well as the 2nd level support teams is key.
/liliYou will create, maintain and update bsoftware packages /b for automated deployment.
/liliYou will automate repetitive tasks to ensure compliance and increase efficiency.
/liliYou will conduct btraining sessions /band provide btechnical guidance /bto our internal customers on clients-related technologies and services.
/liliYou will create and maintain technical documentation,



guides and best practices.
/liliYou will define the corporate hardware standards and its lifecycle together with our partners.
/liliYou stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in information technologies and recommend improvements.
/li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliEducation BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a similar qualification or proven professional knowledge through professional career.
/liliAt least 5 years' working experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Microsoft and client management technologies /liliExcellent customer and service orientation approach to handle the technical problems and understanding of processes and needs of an international industrial group.
/liliExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high level of self-initiative attitude and drive to get things done.
/liliTeam players with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
/liliStrong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
/liliFluent Italian and English (German is a plus).

full-time employment contract under the Metalworking Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).
The gross annual salary for this role ranges between €45,000 and €57,000.
The final compensation package will be determined based on predefined, objective, fair, and gender-neutral criteria, including professional experience, relevant experience in a similar role, educational background, technical expertise, and soft skills.
