We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeableAutomotiveProduct Development Specialistto provide high quality support to our customers.
Lead the technical development of assigned systems and components from concept to production.
Manage technical interactions with suppliers and support project execution to meet quality, cost, timing, and performance targets.
Define technical specifications, development documentation, and validation activities.
Support testing, problem-solving, and product industrialization.
Drive innovation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to cost management and ensure compliance with company standards and development processes.
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
Master's Degree in Mechanical, Vehicle, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive product development.
Knowledge of component or system development from concept to production launch.
Experience in preparing technical specifications, DFMEA,
DVP&R;, and engineering documentation.
Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools such as CATIA V5/V6, NX, Teamcenter, or ENOVIA.
Understanding of automotive development processes, validation activities, and supplier management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively within international and cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Italian and English
