To help fuel that growth, we're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our product teams.
At Prima, Product Managers help teams make better decisions by bringing clarity, structure, and a strong focus on users, business impact, and technology.
As part of the product team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our initiatives and internal products, to achieve concrete business solutions and outcomes.
You will grow your product skills working on concrete problems, closely partnering with engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Support product discovery by contributing to qualitative and quantitative analysis, user research, and synthesis of insights.
Contribute to planning by helping structure scope, track progress, and surface risks or dependencies early.
Test new features and make sure delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards.

Strong analytical and structured thinking:
you can break down problems, ask good questions, and reason clearly even when information is incomplete.

Curiosity and learning agility: you enjoy understanding users, systems, and business problems, and you learn quickly from feedback.
Execution mindset: you are reliable, organized, and comfortable following through on details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Early experience in product management or adjacent roles.
Experience working with software teams, or agile environments.
Exposure to coding, Machine Learning/AI, analytics, or dashboarding tools.
Fluency in Italian or Spanish in addition to English.
