Abbott seeks a Field Technical Engineer to provide technical support for electrophysiology products and services across Italy. The role involves assisting physicians and sales teams during procedures, delivering product training, and managing field feedback. Candidates should hold a degree in biomedical or electrical engineering, speak fluent English and Italian, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Travel comprises 75% of the position.
Responsibilities
Deliver technical support nationwide to sales teams and physicians on electrophysiology products
Conduct product presentations and training sessions with customers and medical staff
Assist physicians during clinical study enrollment and follow-up activities




Report field feedback and procedure information to appropriate Abbott departments
Support regional managers and clinical departments on assigned projects and initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or electrophysiology
Fluent in English and Italian, written and verbal communication
Proficient with Microsoft Office software
One to two years of experience in technical support roles
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Demonstrated initiative and stress management skills
Interest in electrophysiology, clinical studies, and statistical analysis
