Integra LifeSciences seeks a Commercial Operations Senior Specialist to support EMEA commercial operations, reporting, and pricing processes. The role coordinates across multiple teams to maintain data quality, manage commercial reporting and dashboards, and support contract and tender implementation across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
Coordinate customer and distributor master data creation and maintenance across systems, resolving account duplicates
Prepare and maintain commercial reporting, dashboards, sales reports, and pricing discrepancy reports for EMEA region
Support quote and contract backoffice processes including tender coordination, reimbursement follow-up, and price discrepancy resolution
Manage contract creation, maintenance,

and implementation of price increases within contract management systems
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline with minimum three years experience
Fluent in English; French, German, Italian, or Dutch language skills advantageous
Experience in sales analytics, commercial operations, sales support, pricing, or tender operations
Proficiency with ERP systems, contract management tools, and CRM platforms
Advanced Excel skills and structured reporting experience; Power BI exposure preferred
Demonstrated ability managing cross-functional commercial processes in EMEA multi-country environments
