Abbott seeks a detail-oriented Bids & Tenders Specialist to manage tender documentation, commercial offers, and related submissions in Milan. The role involves coordinating with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely tender execution while supporting broader business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Prepare, manage, and submit tender documentation and commercial offers with accuracy and compliance
Analyze tender specifications and requirements to support competitive submissions
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams on pricing and commercial conditions
Liaise with customers for clarification on tender and offer details
Monitor and maintain pricing records for tenders, contracts, and private offers
Requirements
High school diploma or university degree
Minimum 2 years experience in tender management, commercial administration, or customer support
Fluent English, written and spoken
Strong Microsoft Office and digital tool proficiency
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong teamwork and communication skills
