Essers Italia is seeking a Training and Competence Coordinator to oversee education and training for operators, assistants and foremen in the warehouse, ensuring quality and safety for customers.
You will define expectations, keep work instructions current and guarantee operator competencies. xbvzest

You will manage training records and reporting in Workday or a similar LMS, map development needs, and act as a 5S ambassador on the shop floor while reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
