In this role, you will shape procurement strategy for Indirect Materials & Services across Europe, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive value, sustainability, and digitalization.
You will lead category initiatives, negotiate with suppliers, and champion AI-enabled procurement processes in a fast-paced, international setting.

Retribuzione / Benefits Stakeholder management and needs assessment with key functions Develop and execute category strategies; run RFPs/RFQs/e Auctions; identify innovative suppliers Own contract negotiations and supplier performance management Drive digital transformation by adopting AI and data analytics in procurement Lead change initiatives and train colleagues to improve processes Monitor risk, ensure ESG/sustainability compliance,
