About the job Italian Content Moderator Sofia, Bulgaria (with Relocation Package)We are seeking a Italian Content Moderator to help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive online environment for our users and community. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating user-generated content, investigating reports, and taking appropriate action to enforce community standards and platform policies.
You will play a key role in identifying harmful behavior, mitigating risks, and improving the overall user experience by proactively addressing safety concerns and supporting continuous improvements to trust and safety processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages,
and other reported content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
- Investigate, assess, escalation, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.
- Analyze data and contextual information to accurately determine the severity and impact of reported incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams when handling sensitive or complex trust and safety matters.
- Monitor trends and emerging risks to identify potential threats and prevent abuse before it occurs.
- Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation within trust and safety operations.
- Review new and existing platform features, providing recommendations that enhance user safety and reduce opportunities for misuse.
