/p h3Your profile /h3 ul lipBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
/p /li lip3-7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
/p /li lipStrong understanding of bCRM, ERP, WMS, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics /b or related business systems.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
/p /li lipExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
/p /li lipStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business impacts, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
/p /li lipProficiency in bSQL and database query tools /b is required for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation of business requirements.
/p /li lipExperience with data visualization and reporting tools such as bPower BI, Tableau, Looker /b, or similar analytics platforms is highly preferred.
/p /li lipFamiliarity with APIs, system integrations, data models, and enterprise application architectures.




/p /li lipBasic Python scripting skills for data analysis and automation are a plus.
/p /li lipFluent in English and the local market language.
Chinese language skills are considered an advantage.
/p /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipPartner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and operational requirements within the assigned domain.
/p /li lipGather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
/p /li lipCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement effective technology solutions.
/p /li lipValidate proposed solutions and ensure they meet business requirements, operational needs, and user expectations.
/p /li lipLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate business validation activities, and support successful solution deployment.
/p /li lipAnalyze business and operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
/p /li lipDevelop and maintain business process documentation, system operation manuals, training materials, and user guides.
/p /li lipProvide functional support, user training, and ongoing system administration for business-critical applications.
/p /li lipManage and support key business systems including CRM, Digital Marketing Platforms, Dealer Systems, API integrations, and related business applications.
