Fortrea seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to lead enterprise Data & AI strategy, product portfolio, and multi-year roadmap. This role directs product managers and cross-functional teams to align data, analytics, and AI solutions with strategic objectives while driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise Data & AI product strategy aligned to business objectives and technology roadmap
Lead product managers and oversee end-to-end product lifecycle including vision, roadmap, delivery, and value realization
Establish portfolio management processes for product intake, evaluation, prioritization, and performance tracking
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate strategy into actionable product objectives
Manage product investment planning, budget allocation,

and business case development with finance leadership
Requirements
Extensive product management experience in enterprise data, analytics, or AI domains
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year product strategies aligned to business objectives
Experience leading and developing high-performing product management teams
Strong cross-functional leadership skills working with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders
Demonstrated success managing product portfolios and investment prioritization
Track record of delivering enterprise products from concept through deployment and optimization
