Partner with the best /ppAs a Lead Mechanical Field Service Engineer - Centrifugal Compressors, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers on-site.
You will be responsible for leading activities, people and HSE compliance to a high standard.

/ph3As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer - Centrifugal Compressors, you will be responsible for: /h3ulliProviding technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
/liliOverseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites.
/liliLeading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions.
/liliEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards /li /ulh3Fuel your passion /h3h3To be successful in this role you will: /h3ulliTechnical Diploma /liliBe ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction,



including offshore facilities /liliDemonstrate a relevant working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment.
/liliHave great experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar).
/liliDisplay an impressive customer service-orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions.
/liliBe skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
/liliHave a deep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks.
/liliBe a motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions.
/liliHave excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English.

In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns: In this role, you will travel to and work on customer sites in line with customer requirements.
The duration of the work at site and the hours of work at the site will be in line with customer requirements.
In between work assignments, you will have free time in line with Baker Hughes working time guidelines and fatigue management provisions.

Field Specialist III : EUR ******,92 To 68,000.
Field Specialst IV: EUR ******,44 To 74,000.
/ppThe provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
