You will help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.You will act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and complianceLead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service cultureMotivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilitiesDrive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operationsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hiresMonitor and analyze store KPIs,
