Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Field Clinical Specialist in Imaging to deliver clinical education and training support for transcatheter mitral and tricuspid valve therapies across Italy and Europe. The role involves providing hands-on imaging guidance during cardiac procedures, training hospital personnel on imaging technologies, and supporting case selection and analysis. A bachelor's degree in a technical clinical field, five years of medical device experience, and fluency in Italian and English are required.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on imaging support during TTVR and TEER cardiac procedures in catheterization labs
Conduct real-time guidance on imaging acquisition and interpretation for procedural positioning and deployment
Deliver clinical education and training to physicians and hospital staff on imaging technologies
Troubleshoot intraoperative imaging challenges and reinforce best practices with clinical teams




Analyze cardiac imaging and assist in developing patient selection criteria with healthcare providers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technical field such as perfusionology, clinical physiology, or echocardiography
5 years of medical device and/or clinical experience
Fluency in Italian and English languages
Ability to travel up to 80% within European territory
Cardiac imaging certification or TEE/echocardiography experience preferred
Proficiency with imaging analysis software like 3Mensio, TomTec, or Vitrea
Knowledge of cardiovascular imaging principles and equipment operation
Compensation:
€48,000 to €68,000 base (highly experienced), per Italian National Collective Agreement
