Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Formulation Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily sterile production operations in Ferentino, Italy. This role involves leading approximately 50 operators, maintaining GMP compliance, and driving operational excellence across formulation manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily sterile manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP procedures
Lead, develop, and coach team of approximately 50 operators and technicians
Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
Monitor and improve operational KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, OEE, and yield
Support investigations, deviations, CAPA, and collaborate cross-functionally on operational initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field
5+ years experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing
Prior management of large production teams of ***** employees
Strong knowledge of GMP, aseptic processing, and sterile operations
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Proficient English language skills
