Responsibilities
Manage and oversee end-to-end delivery of data management services across projects
Gather study requirements and validate new device integrations with minimal guidance
Lead data cleaning activities and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
Conduct project tracking, risk identification, and corrective action implementation
Lead internal study meetings, audits, and sponsor communications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences
3-4 years direct data management experience with minimum 1 year as CDM project lead
Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Advanced understanding of drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes
Compensation:
€38,000–€71,300 base annually
