Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a National Government Affairs Manager to develop advocacy strategies and shape healthcare policy in Italy. The role involves building stakeholder relationships, monitoring legislative trends, and coordinating cross-functional engagement on behalf of the company's healthcare priorities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute national-level advocacy strategies aligned with company business priorities
Monitor political, legislative, and regulatory developments affecting healthcare sector
Draft policy papers, legislative proposals, and institutional position statements
Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, and key external influencers




Lead institutional events and coordinate cross-functional policy engagement activities
Requirements
Master's degree in Political Science, Law, Economics, Public Affairs, or Healthcare Policy
Proven government affairs, public affairs, or healthcare policy experience
Deep knowledge of Italian healthcare system and political landscape
Policy analysis and legislative drafting capabilities
Fluent in Italian and English
Established network with institutional stakeholders and policy influencers
Strategic thinking with ability to manage multiple priorities
Compensation:
€48,600–€77,395 base
