ICON seeks a Clinical Research Associate II in Milan to conduct clinical trial monitoring, ensure protocol compliance, and maintain data integrity. The role involves site management, investigator collaboration, and documentation review within a sponsor-dedicated model.
Responsibilities
Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trials
Collaborate with investigators and site staff on study conduct
Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain data quality
Prepare and review study documentation including protocols and reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
Minimum 2 years CRA experience with Italian certification
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
Legal right to work in Italy
