pMission as a junior people partner you will have a real impact on the local HR reality, supporting onboarding, performance management and employee experience.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullisupport people partners and business leaders in performance reviews, engagement surveys and talent reviews.
/liliact as first point of contact for employees on people?related topics.
/lilipartner with managers on onboarding, probation follow?ups, development conversations and day?to?day people management.
/liliidentify and address employee?relations issues, escalating when necessary.
/lilidrive engagement initiatives to foster a strong team culture.
/lilicollaborate with talent acquisition on hiring needs and workforce planning.
/lilisupport organizational changes, transfers, promotions and restructuring.
/liliensure proper implementation of people policies and compliance with local regulations.
/lilianalyze hr data (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends.
/lilicontribute to development plans,



learning initiatives and internal communication.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli3?5 years of experience in hr, preferably in a fast?paced start?up environment.
/lilibachelor's degree in psychology, hr management, labor law, business administration or related field.
/lilifluent in italian and english.
/liligood knowledge of excel or googlesheets.
/liliproactive, solution?focused and able to work in a fast?paced environment.
/liliexcellent communication, time?management and organisational skills.
/liliexperience in analysing hr data and turning insights into actions is a plus.
