QA_2027The ideal candidate has worked on challenging Space application projects.Your TasksAssembly and Test Procedures checkingInspection reporting (KIP/MIP)Manufacturing logs trackingProduction of control checklistsControlling the Assembly, Integration and Verification phases for all quality aspectsInterfacing with Product Assurance manager for all QA mattersInterfacing with customer for all QA mattersInterfacing with AIT personnel for all QA mattersManaging nonconformanceControlling cleanliness and environmental parameters in AIT areasSurveillance on FOD directive applicationControlling test activities interfacing facilities personnel for quality aspectsYour QualificationsAble to act as direct interface with customer for all quality topicsTechnical high school graduations combined to documented experience in the space sector in addition to the PA specific one.Knowledge of the main assembly and testing processes5 years-experience minimum as QA in space industry or 10 years with the same qualification in similar sectors (aeronautics, railways etc.)Very good Knowledge of the ECSS Q-series standards, in particular Q-ST-20 (QA)Knowledge of ECSS-E-ST-10-02 and 03 (verification and testing)Knowledge of the ISO9001:2015 standardECSS Cat2 Qualifications xysqume or equivalent (e.G. IPC) is an advantage and is welcomeWorking level fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)Good Knowledge of the MS Office tools in Windows environmentThe gross annual remuneration package will be determined based on the degree of alignment between the candidate’s profile and the requirements of the role, as well as the level of professional experience acquired.
