pLead the PMO function overseeing the end-to-end management of collections and selected strategic projects, ensuring alignment across development, industrialization, and delivery, from collection calendar definition to finished goods shipment.
/p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate the PMO team (Project Managers) /li liOversee the execution of all collection-related projects across functions (Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Production, Logistics) /li liEnsure the definition, consolidation, and monitoring ofcollection calendars and milestones /li liSupervise project planning (WBS, Gantt, critical path) and ensure consistency across all collections /li liMonitor project execution throughKPIs and RAG status reporting /li liEnsure timely escalation and resolution of risks and issues /li liCoordinate cross-functional alignment meetings and project reviews /li liGuarantee adherence to deadlines from development to final shipment /li liValidate project deliverables at key gates (prototypes, samples, production readiness, bulk completion) /li liOversee resource allocation across projects and collections /li liEnsure proper use of PMO tools, templates, and governance processes /li /ul pbSTRATEGY and KEY TASKS /b /p ul liDefine and implement thePMO governance model, methodologies, and tools /li liDrive the overallcollection planning strategy, ensuring feasibility and industrial alignment /li liAct as key interface with Industrial Director and top management on project portfolio performance /li liLead prioritization of projects and collections based on business and operational constraints /li liEnsure alignment between creative timelines and industrial capabilities /li liDrive continuous improvement intime-to-market, efficiency,



and execution reliability /li liIdentify and manage cross-collection risks impacting overall business performance /li liSupport strategic initiatives (e.g., new product categories, process transformations, sourcing shifts) /li liBuild a strong project management culture across the organization /li liEnsure visibility and transparency on project portfolio status at executive level /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Management, or equivalent), Business Administration / Management or Supply Chain Management /li liPrevious experience in the fashion industry and in a similar role is mandatory /li liAdvanced capability in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera or equivalent) /li liProven experience managing complex, multi-project environments with interdependencies /li liStrong knowledge of critical path analysis, capacity planning, and resource allocation /li liSolid financial acumen (budgeting, cost tracking, business case evaluation) /li liExperience with KPI frameworks and performance dashboards (including RAG reporting) /li liFamiliarity with PLM systems and ERP integration (e.g., SAP, Stealth, Centric)



/li liStrong risk management and mitigation planning capabilities /li liAbility to translate creative and commercial inputs into feasible industrial plans /li liData-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liFluency in English.
