We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Rome Castel Romano Outlet store, supporting a team of 19 talented colleagues including store manager,
department manager, sales associates andstore operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive an exceptional client experience, empower team performance and contribute to the commercial success of the store.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will champion Burberry's values, foster a culture of collaboration and creativity, and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing talent and delivering memorable luxury experiences for our clients.
- Support the Store Manager in leading store performance, delivering commercial goals and maintaining exceptional standards across all areas of the business.
- Inspire, coach and develop a diverse leadership team including department managers and operational colleagues to achieve their full potential.
