Senior Data Scientist – GenAI & Reporting
? 100% Remote – LATAM
? Experience: 8+ Years

? What You'll Do
Build AI/ML and GenAI solutions for Topic Analytics.
Work on NLP, text classification, topic modeling, clustering, and summarization.
Build scalable ML/NLP pipelines for large datasets.
Work with LLMs, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG.
Develop and deploy ML models in production.
Test and improve model accuracy and performance.
Work closely with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Analytics teams.

? Must-Have Skills
5+ years in Data Science / ML / AI / NLP.
4+ years building and deploying production ML models.
Strong Python.
Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy.
PyTorch or TensorFlow.
SpaCy.
LangChain or LangGraph.
PySpark.




Strong NLP + Topic Modeling + Classification + Clustering.
Embeddings & Semantic Search.
SQL + Large-scale data processing.
AWS / Cloud experience.

⭐ Good to Have
Experience with LLMs / Prompt Engineering / Fine-tuning / Evaluation.
RAG, Vector Search, AI Agents.
SageMaker, MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or Databricks.
Customer Experience / Contact Center / Voice of Customer analytics.
Experience with enterprise SaaS environments.
