We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Associate Consultant - SAP HCM The selected candidate will report to the Senior Consultant – Core solutions and Services.
The Associate Consultant – SAP HCM will be responsible for:
Monitoring the helpdesk system, managing incidents and service requests, and resolving SuccessFactors/ESS login issues.
Supporting HRIS operations, including SuccessFactors configuration, payroll configuration, system testing, integration monitoring, license management, and system upgrade testing.
Documenting client requirements, preparing user guides and knowledge base articles, and handling ad hoc reporting requirements.
