- Mission

Own quality across web, mobile, and AI pipelines. Build the QA function from the

- Responsibilities
- Define the overall QA strategy: manual, automated, regression, release
management
- Build automated test coverage across web, mobile, pipelines and APIs
- Define quality processes for AI/ML outputs (eval datasets,



accuracy
thresholds, regression checks)
- Own release readiness, bug triage, and quality metrics
- Hire and grow the QA team over time
- Must-have
- 5+ years in QA, including hands-on test automation and at least some
lead/management experience
- Strong with modern test frameworks for web (e.g., Playwright/Cypress) and
mobile
- Experience defining QA processes in a fast-moving startup environment
- Comfort working alongside ML/AI teams on non-deterministic systems
- Nice-to-have

Experience in safety-critical, regulated, or enterprise B2B products.
