Responsibilities
We are
looking for a motivated and curious HR Business Partner Intern to join the
Human Resources team.
This
internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different areas
of HR, working alongside experienced professionals and supporting activities
throughout the employee lifecycle.
You will be
involved in both recruitment and day-to-day HR activities,



developing a
practical understanding of how Human Resources supports employees, managers and
the wider business in an international and fast-paced organization.
What
You'll Do
Working
closely with senior members of the HR team, you will gradually take part in a
variety of activities, including:
- Recruitment &
Selection: support the recruitment
process from CV screening and job posting to interview scheduling and candidate
management;
- Onboarding: contribute to the
onboarding and induction of new employees, helping ensure a smooth employee
experience from day one;
- HR Business Partnering: support the team in
day-to-day activities related to employee management and the different stages
of the employee lifecycle, contributing to broader HR initiatives based on
business and organizational needs;
- Training &
Development:
support the organization and coordination of training activities, including
course
