- Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to guest emails when required. - Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. - Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&, B, Maintenance and other departments to meet guest requirements. - Maintain accurate records and ensure all front office procedures are followed. - Handle guest keys/cards and other front office documentation securely. - Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance. - Ensure confidentiality of guest information at all times. - Follow hotel policies, health and safety procedures, and service standards. vetrinabakeca
