Responsabilità Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and opportunities
Perform in-depth research and analysis to develop solutions
Design and implement tailored strategies and business models
Lead project workstreams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity
Support junior team members and their development
Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requisiti fondamentali Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
Solid business acumen and industry insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of turning strategy into implementation
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in diverse groups
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
Outstanding project management and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
Strong research and report writing skills
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages advantageous
Strong communication and presentation abilities
