About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our Group Quality Team and play a key role in ensuring consistent product quality across our global water heating manufacturing footprint.
You will lead and coordinate quality control activities across our water heating production plants. This position will require frequent on‑site presence to set up, stabilize, and audit quality processes. This is a highly hands‑on role, with significant time spent on the shop floor working closely with local quality teams, production, and engineering functions. You will be a key driver of quality culture, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across plants. Quality Control Managers in the assigned plants will have a dotted‑line reporting relationship to this position.

* Coordinate and oversee Quality Control activities across multiple water heating production plants in their footprint
