In Deloitte Legal you will have the opportunity to explore the future of legal services in an international and multidisciplinary environment, where new ideas find fertile ground and growth possibilities are endless. You will work in the Corporate Compliance and ESG team at our Milan office.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be involved, with a growing degree of autonomy, in the following activities:
* implementation and updating of organizational models for management and control pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001;
* design and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs;
* ESG projects, including ESG Governance, ESG Business Conduct, transformation into agevolazioni corporations, ESG certifications, sustainable supply chain, and ESG training.
Our Requirements
You meet the profile we are looking for if you are a newly qualified lawyer with specific experience in Compliance, 231 and ESG and speak fluent English (C1 level).
Operational autonomy, teamwork attitude, strong relational and communication skills complete the profile.
