Within the Automation business area we are looking for an HR Business Partner for our office in Genoa.
The HR Business Partner acts as the main point of contact for line managers, understanding business dynamics and activating the most appropriate HR levers in close collaboration with specialist teams (Recruitment,
Training, Development, Labor Cost).
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
* Business Partnering: Thoroughly understand the operational processes, challenges and objectives of the division. Translate business needs into clear requirements to be shared with specialist HR teams, ensuring "end-to-end" service to the line.
* Workforce Planning & Labor Cost: Monitor the evolution of the workforce in collaboration with the Labor Cost area. Provide managers with insights into data (e.g., personnel costs, performance) to support them in informed organizational decisions.
* Talent, Performance & Development: Support the HR Manager and interface with the Development team for the execution of the PDM process, the identification of talents (Succession Planning) and the structuring of retention plans.
