Born in Milan and expanding internationally, we are building a new kind of global membership club: one that lives across cities and creates meaningful connections between exceptional people, brands and places.
We are now looking for an exceptional Partnerships & Experiences Coordinator to join our Milan team and help build the next phase of The Robin globally.
This is not a traditional events role.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, high-potential candidate to join The Robin at an important stage of international growth and develop into a significant commercial and partnerships role.
We are looking for someone intelligent, polished, commercially minded, highly organised and culturally curious. You may be relatively early in your career, but you already understand the worlds of luxury,



hospitality, fashion, art, design and international lifestyle and are hungry to take on significantly more responsibility.
We care more about your potential, professional presence, commercial instinct, ambition and ability to learn quickly than your current job title or number of years’ experience.
THE ROLE Working closely with the Founder and leadership team, you will support and increasingly take ownership of The Robin’s partnerships, commercial opportunities and member experiences.
You will:
• Research and identify potential partners across luxury, fashion, hospitality, art, design, culture, wellness, travel, finance and technology
• Help develop relationships with leading brands, hotels, cultural institutions, galleries and organisations relevant to The Robin’s international membership
• Manage and develop an existing pipeline of partnership opportunities
